TRIO KDS is a digital kitchen display system that shows all incoming orders on large, easy-to-read screens instead of paper tickets. It keeps your entire back-of-house in sync by updating order status in real time as your kitchen team prepares, bumps, and completes items. 

The TRIO KDS ensures that you are on top of your orders!. The KDS integrates with the kiosk and the Customer Display System (CDS) to ensure that you receive orders from your customers and inform them once it’s ready.

Bump, Unbump, and Call Features

Staff can still print orders as desired or needed, with the KDS’s ability to connect to kitchen printers. The ticket auto-print feature ensures that kitchen staff still receive printed notes automatically as orders reach the KDS. This helps kitchen teams that still want to use printed tickets and the ones that are in the process of transitioning away from them. The printer settings and location & connectivity indicators (with color-coded network status) keep the team aware of network connectivity health and ensure orders never go unseen.

Multi-Location Operations

The ‘Change Location’ feature lets the staff switch between venues, making TRIO KDS ideal for multi-outlet brands and food courts. The ‘Edit Menu’ feature allows staff to mark items as available or unavailable in a matter of seconds, ensuring that your menu always reflects real-time stock. The ‘Disable Kiosk’ feature temporarily pauses the kiosk from taking new orders during maintenance or other necessary breaks. 

Reliable Offline-First Performance

The TRIO KDS is powered to work offline, as long as the kiosk and the KDS share the same local network, so the kitchen never stops accepting new orders. Once connectivity is restored, all of the orders made and statuses updated during offline operations will instantly sync up with the system again.
