Job Summary

Trinity Axis Inc., an early-stage company headquartered in Pennsylvania, is currently recruiting a territory sales representative. We are looking for individuals who can effectively convert potential sales leads, represent the business to potential clients and achieve sales targets in a methodical and preferred manner with focus on targeting the Vending, unattended retail, restaurant and hospitality industries.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold calling,
  • Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
  • Retain, manage and grow the existing customer base.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers.
  • Present and create multi product solution opportunities
  • Track progress through CRM software
  • Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face
  • Develop strategy for all new capital pipeline opportunities, validate strategies to advance all such opportunities through
  • Deliver tangible near-term actions with a vision to longer-term sustainable revenues across company offerings
  • Create accurate forecasts for the territory based on pipeline assessment
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of Trinity’s products
  • Assist and analyze competitive environment
  • Communicate and monitor all opportunities in a timely fashion and with a sense of urgency
  • Continuously improve skills through company and outside training
  • Must be available to travel routinely to client sites and occasional travel within the continental United States
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in any of the following areas – vending, digital Kiosks, hospitality, restaurants, hardware or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be familiar with B2B, B2C multichannel strategies.
  • Hands-on experience on-boarding new customers
  • Ability to communicate and demonstrate product capabilities to a wide range of potential customers
  • Effective organizational and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with technology and platforms used in the field
  • Success leading sales initiatives to help exceed revenue targets
  • An aptitude for managing a complex, consultative sales process including lead generation, proposal development, oral
  • Reports to VP of Sales & Marketing
